「The view was great but the lake was frozen so a little different I think than if it was summer. Was cool seeing people drifting on the frozen lake though. Rooms were great, good sizes, awesome large main bedroom, noise from the living does carry upstairs as there is no door to separate it. I thought downstairs had a bigger living room of it own, so was not expecting that, but it worked out just fine. Open living, dining, kitchen was great for everyone hanging out.」

The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. 「The staff were very pleasant and the hot tub room was very spacious if you are staying multiple nights. There is no elevator in the two story building but the staircase is wide and easy to maneuver. Breakfast is primarily gluten with gluten free available upon request. The ONLY improvement I can offer in my case is to have real cream available.」

「Convenient location and good visibility of vehicles in the parking lot. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. I liked the linoleum floors throughout (cleaner than carpeting). I loved being upgraded to a room that had a kitchenette between the two Queen beds, making it feel like two bedrooms. The hallways and pool deck area would benefit from brighter lighting.
