"Casa Lila is a simply beautiful 300 year old riad, within the walls of the medina, an easy walk to everywhere in Essaouira. The people who work there are warm, lovely and welcoming- they are so helpful, and they love their city. We had a wonderful stay."

Alors que j’ai envoyé un message via votre application dès le premier jour de ma réservation pour prévenir que j’avais fait une erreur et annuler. C’est absolument inadmissible !! Et je compte bien joindre votre direction en vue d’obtenir un remboursement intégral !!! Sans quoi jamais plus je n’utiliserai vos services et votre application !!!"

"The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up"
