Courteous staff however, although the room appeared ok on the face of things, we discovered hairs in the bed, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Situated down a dark alley and didn’t feel safe

The best experience had so far. Room was exceptionally clean. Staffs were super friendly, well mannered and had solutions for all my request. I am definitely coming back again. Kudos to all staffs of the property.

Excellent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff were super polite. They even changed the room for us at our request as we were originally in a smoking room. The breakfast was exceptional, so much variety. I highly recommend.
