"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with a fabulous, varied breakfast, very clean, comfortable rooms and nice quiet, friendly atmosphere. The best thing about it is the staff. Everyone is exceedingly helpful, the front desk personnel, the people who take care of the rooms, the breakfast staff, and the nice concierge who helped me every day. This was a really good experience and I certainly hope to be back. Even the nice dog working at the gate and his handler deserve notice! Thank you everyone for making my stay so enjoyable."

"A nice hotel. Used the pool which was needed in the heat. Friendly staff. Wedding by the pool meant a very noisy night. Cleaners knocked early to clean. Not enough lifts. We’re given an upgrade - not sure what it would have been before! 3 people in the room amenities for 2, even when I called and asked first more, nothing was received… ie. cup, bottle water, nothing major!"
