「The room was not like the pictures. It was neglected and wore out. The entire building was in bad shape. The room and surrounding small spaces were cleaned but just outside the building, there was tons of garbage and abandoned buildings. This is a budget stay and beware of your safety. The security was just one very young man in a small guardhouse, 」

The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. I paid for a junior suite and they gave me a standard room, which was in poor condition (not properly cleaned, shower with very poor flow, humidity smell, broken shower ceiling). Their response was that the pics shown in Expedia were for reference, but all rooms were the same, which was not true (according to Expedia, there were different rooms of different prices, this is clearly fake advertising).
