"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. "Solo traveler with a dog. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Check-in was excellent; quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting throughout my stay. Quit to help me when I locked myself out of my room twice. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated that pets are welcome in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent! Not only were they friendly, attentive, and professional to me but they were also incredibly kind to my dog. They made us feel welcome, which meant a great deal to me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Titisee area. I would gladly stay here again"

"The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it. "
