New renter offers great value in updated home.
Nice home. Recently renovated. Premium mattresses. Quality linens. The yellow curtains are not representative of the décor. Very large TV. Two beds in upstairs bedroom. Good value. We would definitely rent this house again.I had the impression that the owner is new to renting. Several kitchen amenities were missing or we didn’t see them. May I suggest: paper towel holder, dishwashing detergent, trash can liners, spatula, salad/mixing bowl, coffee maker. Also some kitchens have a few staples. We contributed: salt and pepper shakers, ketchup, cooking oil, syrup. Another suggestion would be a manual on how to operate the fireplace, power leather recline on sofas. Even the front door keypad lock was not intuitive. We figured out that you lock the door when leaving by pushing the lock/unlock button, entering the code, and then holding down the lock/unlock button until the deadbolt closes.Some users would appreciate a TV package that includes Fox News and ESPN.
