「The property owner was very rude, arrogant Ukrainian, she talked to me angrily and asked me to speak out side cause i reported that there are some insects in the bed which caused some infection in my arms and body, she claimed that it might be something in my stuff and i told her that i have nothing and just cane from another hostel in another country and nothing happened to me.
