「I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! 「It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. 」

「My criticism of this property is that is does not have more elevators. But this seems to be a Batumi-wide issue. Otherwise, it is a really great property for the price paid. I would absolutely re-book. 」

「Lively property close to many attractions and transportation 」

「　ほぼ新築物件で､いわゆるデザイナーズアパートであるけれど､デザインに凝るあまり使いにくさが目立つ。　まず、ワークスペースとして使えるテープ周りに電源がない、テレビはアンテナ接続がなくYouTube等を自分のアカウントで見る以外使えない。　さらに､キッチンと洗濯機はあるけれど洗剤はないので買ってこなければならない。　一応駐車場ありとなっているけれど､路上駐車のみ。駐車の際にスタッフが立ち会ったけれど、何も合図しないため少しぶつけた。　最後に､コーヒーカップを割ったら１２００円取られた。少し高すぎる気がした。」

"受付時の若い男のスタッフのパスポートのぞんさいな扱いに少し気分を害した。部屋はイビスだけありそれなりに良い。ただクイーンズサイズベッドはいい大きくて良いのだが、それに比して部屋が狭すぎた。またドライヤーがなく、フェイスタオル・テッシュペーパーがなかったのも減点。早朝チェックアウト時に受付にいた男性は愛想が良かったので多少ホテルを良い方に見直した。"
