"Beautifully appointed house, with an incredible ocean view, anchored by the best outdoor area with an infinity pool. Relaxing, refreshing, and the perfect place to decompress and forget about the rat race. We had eleven in our party including five teenagers and the house accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed a couple of boat rides, snorkeling, paddle boarding, among so many fun things. Heather was great and I highly recommend the Sandbar! I hope we go back in the future!"

"Some friends of ours had stayed at Seabiscuit the year prior and recommended it to us as an “off the beaten path” place to stay on the island. Were the type of family that is active and enjoys all things water sports, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling etc. Fina’s place has it all, right in your backyard. We felt as if we discovered a very small percentage of the island as we beach hopped some and went over to Stocking Island to the Chat & Chill (highly recommended) but we Wilmer didn’t have to leave the house. We’re a family of four with a 9yr old and a teenager but found the small cottage super comfortable and tons of “living space” to have some alone time if need be. Fina was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The property and views are breathtakingly beautiful with countless options for those who love to fish, snorkel, kayak, swim or just sit and relax on a dock and dive into a book. We will definitely be back!"

"My family of 11 had an incredible time at Vista Blue. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and has everything you possibly could need. The views are indescribable. We enjoyed our many walks on the beach, just relaxing poolside or down at the beach with the kayaks and paddle boards. Spence (home manager) was exceptional for any needs and easy to contact. Kevin (host/home owner) was very prompt and helpful in all communication prior to arrival. Everyone wants to go back! We truly had the most relaxing trip. Thank you for an amazing experience."

"The property owner was SO great in allowing us to book only one night...we had a flight change, which pushed our departure and we had no where to stay. She was quick to reply and was so nice and helpful. The home is beautiful! Kids went snorkeling right off the back where the rocks are. Lots of fish to see! We loved the pool area too!"

"We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great. We never had to reach out to the host during our stay, most information we needed was provided prior to our check-in so we just referenced back to that. The mosquitos were annoying, but only at night, and we came prepared for that. Favorite things: location, bedding, view, wrap around porch, grill, privacy. Suggestions: provide kayak's (I understand there have been issues in the past, but have renters sign a liability waiver). Most of our neighbors had access to paddleboards and kayak's and that was the number one thing that could have made our stay even more phenomenal. The kitchen does need some basic amenities such as measuring cups, a crock pot, and casserole dishes. We made do with what was there and regardless of those, I would come back to this home. I would definitely be more inclined to rent from a place in the future that does provide kayak's, paddleboards, etc though. The location and privacy were unbeatable and we had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend."
