Terrible
Wrong / Misleading room description - I booked for 5 people in room described for 6. Futon missing and that too for bedsheet pillow cover had to follow for 3 hours .
WiFi not working, they kept on suggesting to use “forget” feature" whereas we never managed to connect earlier
Uncoordinated and unclear communication / instructions
I had booked for two nights but checked out within few hours hence to better alternate
Even checkout instruction key return box nonexistent - no chance of refund by this hotel for unused night
