House is set up for practical living......properly equipped kitchen, comfortable living area across a spacious ground and first floor apartments. Lovely pool and loads of seating/ tables. Easy drive to local beaches (we mainly went south of Gandia because it was quieter). We all loved it (family with daughters aged 9, 16, 19)"
