「it’s a very nicely, remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, there’s a walk-in shower in the finished basement, which was important to us. It’s also close to Geneva, which is a very nice town many restaurants and shops.」

「We loved the area and how easy it was to take trips to the city or stay close to the rental. We enjoyed sitting outside by the river in the mornings. The rooms were comfortable and the host was responsive and helpful.」

「Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. 「This is a very lovely home, beautifully decorated, with charming stained glass windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while exploring the city of Chicago. The host was easy to communicate with and very quickly fixed an issue of the front door not unlocking for us upon our return from the city. Would recommend staying here, and if we are ever back in this area, I would look into staying here again.」
