This is a well situated hotel near the train station and other tourist spots. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and just what was needed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available downstairs. It was a really pleasant stay.

Location very good breakfast very good.I think the hot water system in the shower was malfunctioning; the water was either freezing cold or scalding hot—I just couldn't get it right. Also, the water pressure was weak. Apart from that, I was very pleased with the hotel.

Hotel was very in a convenient location and easly accessible. Surrounded by lovely restaurants and convenient stores. Room was basic but clean and tidy whichis what we expected. Check in was seamless and staff are friendly and helpful. Quite close to a night club and night life, can get a bit aloud at night but with windows closed we hardly noticed. All in all nice places to spend a few nights.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit more storage space and a slightly bigger bathroom would have been nice, but for value for money it was excellent. It was in the red light area, but was not an issue and did not cause any problems at all. Location to city, Lake and al amenities was excellent with everything within a stones throw. Also free public transport from the hotel which meant free train, bus and taxi boats throughout our stay, which was invaluable. Overall, I would highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Desk staff very helpful, close to train station, walkable to most of city, very clean, good sized room and generally quiet. Area mixed - nice Lebanese cafes but also 'glamour bars', some rough sleeping and loitering. Bed in room was basic, top partially slid off while sleeping, duvet far too thick for summer heat. Air conditioning failed to get the room cooler than mid-20s and made the room damp. Some lights failed to come on, leaving the room quite dark. Breakfast add-on costly if not pre-booked, free coffee offer was just hot water and sachets of Nescafe. Somewhat expensive for what it offered (but certainly affordable by Geneva's standards), but again, proximity and overall quality once in the property were good. If all you want is a safe, clean, modern and functional base, it'd be a good choice.

Easy base for a stay in Geneva and the surrounding area. Short walk from the station. Close to restaurants and the lake. Rooms are not big, but just fine for a longer weekend. We were lucky to be able to check in early. Otherwise there are luggage storage facility on site. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. All in all very happy with our stay and would come back if in Geneva.

Small rooms and bathroom. Even though it was just 2 blocks in from the main street leading to the train station it was a little nerve wracking to walk. Full of small bars and restaurants of Lebanese and African decent. Great food no doubt but gathering places for large groups. Very noisy! Until very late!
