Quality of service?
"The accommodation itself was nice and clean. It took too much unnecessary time for check-in. Front staff did not recognize us whom we booked through Hotels.com. Hence the hotel did not prepare a room with proper number of beds and towels."

"Fasil, the manager, sent the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The hotel was modern but with marble floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. It had a great restaurant especially for breakfast which was included. It had a terrace which was obviously a favorite gathering spot for locals ..."
