Gorgeous home in Gelting

The Schiff holiday home, completed in 2016, is located in the middle of the idyllic landscape conservation area of Geltinger Bucht and just 50 metres from the water. This holiday home sympathises with its natural surroundings and literally stands above it all. Three elevated living levels provide a view over the expanse of the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay. The Schiff holiday home offers space for up to four people and, in addition to its location, impresses with its open-plan design and maritime furnishings.



An external staircase leads to the house, to the large bankirai wooden terrace floating above the ground with all-day sun and to the holiday home's own fully fenced garden.



High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen on the first level offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table invites you to linger. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.



The bright bathroom on the second level offers a glass rainforest shower. Both bedrooms offer full holiday comfort and from the third level you can enjoy the view over the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay.



The Schiff holiday home is one half of the house.



Please note that this property can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday in the high and low seasons. Shorter stays are also possible in the low season. Please contact us for an offer.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.

Alles soweit gut. Bis auf die laute Feier der Surfer nebenan. Musik bis 2.30 Uhr. Nicht gerade toll wenn man morgens um 5 Uhr abreisen will, da man eine lange Fahrt hat.

Das Haus hat voll unseren Erwartunge entsprochen, von der Lage her zum Strand perfekt, grade mit Kindern. Nächstes Mal packe ich nur die Hälfte ein, die Waschmaschine vor Ort ist superpraktisch!

Urlaub - Sommer 2020

Schickes kleines Ferienhaus, direkt am Wasser. Sehr gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Heißt - wie beschrieben, so auch vor Ort vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko gabs es aus unserer Sicht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss lässt sich nur bei schönem Wetter ordenlich lüften, da der Regensensor das Dachflächenfenster (bzw. alle DFF im Haus) automatisch schließt und zur Straße hin ein nicht öffenbares Panoramafenster drin ist. Das kann dann bei Regen recht stickig werden. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist also nichts für Frischluftschläfer.
