コンパクトで快適。スタッフも親切で、丁寧なサポートを受けられた。 中央市場やショッピングエリアが近く、ちょっとした空き時間をつぶすには便利だった。

Prestige Hotel Budapest I stayed in this hotel from June 25th to 28th. 2025. I wanted to book a tour of Parliament. My Travel guidebook says that the tour is so popular so booking on the internet is a must. So I asked a female staff member at the reception, but she replied she could not book at night. Don't you think it is ridiculous she could not book because it was night？ I told her yes we coud book at night because it was on the internet. She insisted she could not because it was night and told me to come the next morning. Later I asked a male staff member next to her. Of course he could make a reservation for me at the night, though it took him more than ten minutes. Thanks to him, I enjoyed the tour of the Parliament. Her attitude damaged the reputation of your hotel. Hope your all staff are the people who have a mind to help your guest Masaaki

ホテルが面している通りは少し暗く、重く重厚な扉をあけるまでは少し心配をしましたが、入ると明るく大きなホールとフレンドリーで丁寧な対応のスタッフが待っていました。このクラスホテルに求めることは全て兼ね備えています。5日間滞在しましたが、朝食のバリエーションにも飽きることはありませんでした。些細なことをいうと、私の部屋のタオルウォーマーや洗面の排水栓の調子は良くなかったし、初めてシャワーブースを使う際のガラス扉の使い方は少し考えた方がいいです。でも滞在は快適でしたよ。
