「The whole experience was a great one! Highly recommended for Elvis fans! However, we had an employee tell us we could use a couple of drink vouchers for the $6 bottles of water in the room, but the check-out manager refused to honor it, charging our room the $12. She told me she would check with her employees and call me back. That has never happened. I don’t understand why she would risk getting a poor review for $12. It is not about the money, it is it about the principle of it!」

「他のクオリティインに宿泊したことがありましたが、そちらの方が広くて綺麗でした。部屋の入口がすぐ外になるため、部屋の絨毯がとても汚れていた点が気になりました。すぐ外と接している割には、夜間も比較的静かなエリアでした。壁は比較的しっかりとしているので、隣の部屋の音は気になりませんでした。が、どの部屋も目の前が駐車場なので、どの部屋でも車の音は気になると思います。値段の割に朝食は比較的充実していると思います。３人で予約をしているのに、いつもタオルが一組分足りず、フロントに取りに行く必要がありました。隣にスーパーがあるのは便利でした。」

「We thought the property over all was a nice property, but probably didn’t warrant the higher pricing being charged. We didn’t consider the breakfast to be edible, so we never ate the food they had. It just looked very tasteless and in some instances undercooked. The staff members were all really nice but seemed very new at their jobs and probably were new to the hotel industry in general. Out room was nice and comfortable, but seeing dirt on the floor in several locations, finding dirty...

「Spacious! Our "room" had a kitchen and huge living room. Loved the parking garage under the building, super safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay!」
