「At first, I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision booking a room here. Just because the building looked rather old, I was at the wrong entrance trying to get in and I didn’t see any guests going in nor coming out. Nor did I see any staff during my stay. But to be honest, my stay wasn’t bad. In fact I slept pretty well. The room and bathroom was quite clean. I couldn’t figure out where to find the wifi password. That was one issue I had. Not sure if there were any other guests on my floor. It...

「We booked this hotel for its location and loved how the rooms looked online, but the reality was even better! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and clean rooms & bathroom. The restaurant is a 10/10 for food and service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️」

「Always excellent!」

「This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). This conference venue is only partially renovated and a real rabbit warren to get around. The corridors are sparse and very much dated back to the 80’s. No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. Anyone on staff ever looked at the condition and...

「Very clean and tidy」
