An okay hotel.

Carpets need updating as are old and stained. Other than that, a nice, comfortable room, comfortable beds. Spa was overcrowded, there are 2 saunas and 1 steam room but all are small. Breakfast was nice, but overpriced. Overall, it was a nice hotel and good value for money off season.

No lotion or conditioner in the rooms. Cannot get small ones or have it provided, so you have to pay for it. The rooms have shampoo and body wash, only. So you pay for a large bottle that isn't carry-on compliant, therefore it's wasted. It's not a great product at all, smells like sunscreen, but spending 90 pln then being forced to leave behind more than half is a rip off. Really need to offer these in carry on compliant sizes. For being a "climate conscious" hotel, forcing the waste of large plastic bottles for the sake of profit is quite a contradiction. No climate control in the room. Thankfully it was a chilly night, so we kept the window open to cool off the room. There were no wash cloths. Beds weren't great. Location was fantastic. Staff was great!

Pleasant time in the Fall

I have been to this hotel for a fourth time. This time, I finally decided to write a review. The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. It was clean with a balcony overlooking a beautiful park which I enjoyed looking at and which also efficiently insulated the hotel from traffic noise. Although the room appeared not to be exceptionally well sound proofed, I did not hear laud noises from other guests even though there were many families with children around at that time. My impression was that the hotel clientele is rather mature and respectful to other guests. There is a swimming pool, spa and fitness area none of which I attended. The close proximity of the beach, parks and running paths made a runner like me so preoccupied with it, that I did not even have a desire to use those facilities. The breakfast was very good but bit on the expensive side. The biggest positive in my mind was the restaurant. The served food had some amazing taste combinations and there were also fantastic deserts. It was not expensive, the place not crowded and generally calm where one can peacefully sip a glass of wine in the evening. I loved it.

I do not recommend!!!

One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management.

Buena estancia en Mercure

El hotel muy correcto, el personal amable, la cama muy cómoda, desayuno rico y variado, buena situación al lado de la playa, se puede caminar hasta Sopot, unos 45 minutos. La piscina no es muy grande. Admiten perros. Me parece caro el parking del hotel. En verano todas las calles colindantes son de pago, pero desde el otoño se puede aparcar sin problema fuera.

Ett mycket bra hotell med fina rum och mycket bra frukostbuffé. Passar såväl barnfamiljer som seniorer. Nära till storslagen badstrand och flertalet strand-restauranger. Matpriserna var dock lite högre än förväntat men det kompenseras av billigare goda alko-drycker.

Tråkig upplevelse, luras inte av bilderna. Det är inget spa, utan en barnpool. Inget fel med de, men luras inte av att det är ett spa. Utan ett hotell för barnfamiljer. Hög ljudnivå, mycket lekande barn utanför rummen och i gemensamma ytor. Frukosten får lågt betyg, inte påfyllt och litet utbud. Rekommenderar andra hotell, inte prisvärt med tanke på vad man betalar och får väldigt lite för det.

Solides Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe von Gdansk. Renovierte Badezimmer und gute Sauna. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nahe zum Strand. Die Teppiche in den Zimmern haben einige Flecken und sollten entweder gereinigt oder ersetzt werden. Ansonsten große und schöne Zimmer.

God service i corona tider

Et familievennlig hotell, god service selv om engelskkunnskapene kunne vært litt bedre hos noen. Frokosten med servering ved bordene, istedenfor buffet, fungerte godt og personalet var svært godt forberedt. Spa og svømmebasseng var fine til avslapning, bassenget passet også for de minste. 5 minutters gange til stranden og mange restauranter i nærheten.

Incredible value for money! Room was good, spa was good, breakfast was excellent, seaside is 5 minutes away! Ideal hotel for family vacation.
