Small and comfy with great service

One of the best small hotels I've ever stayed in. Fantastic service, Welcome with a great smile and support after checkin. Very close to the City-City centre and all the turistic places. I think the crew is what I like the best in this hotel. The room was very comfy and quiet. Elevator available if you need to use it. There is a small parking spot but free of charge. I do recommend this place to stay!

That hotel should not be ranked like one , the quality is more like hostel , terrible bad flat pillows, funky smell from toilet, and the picture from booking are very different from what you will see at the hotel ,no idea why the reviews from previous people are good, I would never stay there again , very disappointed

Nice room but was woken up by church bells

The hotel room looked nice and everything was clean except between the tiles in the shower where there was mold. It was probably the only hotel room I have ever lived in where there was no noise from the ventilation or from the fridge which was fantastic! Unfortunately, the hotel is close to a church which made it impossible to sleep in the morning since the church bells were ringing at 6 a.m. and then again at 6.45 a.m., 7 a.m. and so on (I think perhaps to a less extent the rest of the day, maybe once an hour, but I wasn't in my room all day so I can´t say for sure)... When I checked in, in the middle of the night, the radiator was turned off and the window was open so the room was very cold (only about 3 degrees celcius outside). Even though I turned on the radiator, it took a long time for the room the get warm so I was freezing all night. In the morning, the room was finally warm. However, when I had been out for a while and came back, the cleaning staff had turned down the radiator so the room was cold again which was really annoying. I also killed 3 silverfish in the bathroom. There were two bottles of water in my double room (one carbonated and one non-carbonated) that were also refilled, which was nice.

Prisvärt hotell i Gdańsk

Mycket prisvärt hotell nära gamla stan i Gdańsk, promenadavstånd till allt. Gratis kaffe och kallt/varmt vatten i lobbyn. Finns kalla drycker att köpa i receptionen dygnet runt. Trevlig personal, noggrann städning och bra frukost. Det pågick gatuarbete utanför men det informerade hotellet om i förväg och de placerade gästerna i rum mot baksidan och parkering i första hand.

Mysigt, centralt och toppservice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mindre hotell i närheten av gamla stan. Väldigt nära till krigs museet och Post museet ligger på andra sidan gatan. Mysigt hotell, bra rymligt rum, sköna sängar, kylskåp, vattenkokare, perfekt wifi, rent och fint. Tom handdukarna luktade got. Vattentrycket i duschen perfekt! Superbra service från receptionen. De informerade, bokade taxi OCH grattade mig på min födelsedag. Helt otroligt aldrig hänt trots 100 tals nätter på hotel världen över även på fler födelsedagar.

La localización es muy juena, pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho para mejorar. El aire acondicionado en habitacion 104 hacía un horrible ruido, auqnue estaba apagado. Lo comunicaré a la repción,pero no recibí ningun tipo de explicación o ayuda y la maquina seguida con el ruido.

Hotellet ligger bra till, nära Gamla stan. Frukosten består av bröd, youghurt, juice, kaffe, bakelser, äggröra på beställning, frukt osv. Receptionen är bemannad dygnet runt och kunde svara på de frågor jag hade. Gällande skicket på rummen är det något utslitet. Exempelvis läckte det lite vatten från badkaret som blötte ner golvet och duschdrapperi och handdukshållaren lossnade. Dock var detta inget som var alltför besvärande. Gällande städningen fick jag ingen städning några av dagarna. Går troligtvis att få ordnat dagligen om det finns behov av det.
