Nicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit Problemen

Bei Anreise war das Büro, was mega weit entfernt war, nicht besetzt!!! Lediglich eine sms und dann ging die Suche los.... Parkplatz der davor telefonisch bestätigt worden ist war nicht vorhanden , daraus entstanden große Probleme das Fahrzeug unterzubringen und das am Abend !!!! Spartanische Ausstattung des Apartement! Keine Kaffeemaschine , kein Nachtlicht , wenig Handtücher , Fernseher nur auf Polnisch! Es war keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme zu Grand Apartement möglich! Niemand hat Telefon abgenommen und auf email geantwortet! 3 Nächte lang war nebenan Party bis 6 Uhr laut!!!! Das war auch eine Wohnung von dieser Gesellschaft ! Da gibt es in Sopot vergleichbar bessere und preiswertere Unterkünfte mit netten Kontakt !!!

Nie ma klimatyzacji więc trzeba było spać z otwartymi oknami a za nimi nonstop pociągi więc nie za bardzo można było się wyspać. Jeśli chodzi o czystość czy inne rzeczy śmiało moge powiedzieć na 5 jedynym mankamentem były pociągi za oknem. Cała reszta bardzo poztywnie

Российский Hostel.com опять чудит

Каждый раз когда едем через Hostel.com идёт что-то не по плану. В данном случае был заявлен бесплатный завтрак (входил в стоимость). Я ещё удивилась, ведь это апартаменты (квартиры в многоквартирных жилых домах). Для нас завтрак имел значение, т.к. мы ехали на целых 6 дней. На стойке регистрации были сильно удивлены распечаткам моего бронирования, где указан завтрак. Поэтому я оценила эту поездку на средний балл, хотя понимаю, что апарт отель к этому недоразумению не имеет отношения. Поставить "всё отлично" это будет не честно по отношению к нам (к гостям), т.к. мы недополучили очень важную услугу, на которую рассчитывали.

An additional fee of 160 zloty was charged by the hotel on top of the advertised price. It was not clear from the beginning what this really represents, whether it is optional and why cleaning is not included in the price. The apartment was very well equipped. A couple of teabags and coffee pouches would be a nice welcoming gift.

Bad om hjälp att beställa en taxi från ett bolag vid utcheckningen. Jag lämnade visitkortet men de ringde efter en svarttaxi som skulle ha 3 dubbla priset när vi kom fram till flygplatsen.
