"Hotels.com failed to mention that they charge for housekeeping. In my confirmation page, I was told that the hotel will collect 100 Zloty for cleaning fee, but it also said that housekeeping is included. That's not true. This is a decent hotel, but considering all the other options you have it is overpriced, especially since you don't get proper housekeeping, and for whatever you get (if you are lucky) you have to pay 50 Zloty. The staff was polite and nice, but the service was 2 star for a 4...

"My family and I travel to Gdansk twice per year. We always stay in the heart of old town. We decide to switch it up this time. We are glad we did. Hotel location is Excellent! You are right next to stores, 3 min walk to train station and 5 min. walk to old town. Staff were nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English, or tolerated my broken Polish. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great everyday. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Gdansk. We will be...

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I arrived at Gdansk after midnight. I chose this hotel because it said ' 24 HOUR FRONT DESK ', I turned up after 1am to find a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet like someones farm. I parked up and dragged my luggage to the entrance to find no one present. No lights. No answer on the door bell. No answer from the telephone. Hotels.com tried also but could not get anyone. I waited for 15 minutes but no answer. I had to book another hotel at 2am. I asked n ext...
