The property is located just outside, about 700 m or about 4 minutes by car from the beautiful village of Caldana. To the rustico belongs a approx. 21. 000 m² large property with a garden of approx. 1.000m², an olive grove with approx. 8.000 m² and a cork oak forest with approx. 12.000 m² and some hiking trails. The entire property is fenced. You can reach it via a private driveway. There are enough parking spaces available directly at the house.
At the end of 2019 / beginning of 2020, extensive adjustments to the high standard will be made. In addition to the redesign of a bathroom and another toilet, the interior and exterior kitchen are redesigned and the bedrooms and living rooms newly renovated and the electrical system and lighting completely renewed.

The house has a total of 3 entrances. From the kitchen leads to the covered about 30 square meters large outdoor kitchen with several cupboards and a spacious, comfortable dining area. Here is another sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a four-burner gas hob and a Teppan Yaki available.
Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen is the end of 2019 / early 2020 built in Tuscan style outdoor grill with ample storage space.
Equipment inside:
The natural stone villa has been extensively renovated and will be redesigned and renovated in 2019/2020. The Rustico has air conditioning, underfloor heating, Internet and Wi-Fi. All necessary items for daily use as well as bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided.
Equipment outside:
The beautiful pool with outdoor shower in L-shape was built in 2012. There are 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available.
The garden has another seating area at the herb garden for 6 - 8 people.
In front of the house are comfortable seating (4 round tables with 2 wicker chairs).
Furthermore, there is another delimited area with two more sun loungers with stunning views of the valley.
The herb garden next to the house offers typical Tuscan spices for the kitchen (eg. B. Sage, rosemary, thyme etc.).
Location:
The drive from the beautiful village of Caldana to the object takes about 4 minutes. It is a typical Tuscan natural access road that is not suitable for sports cars.
The place:
Caldana is a traditional Tuscan village with about 1 000 inhabitants. In the village itself, there is everything for your daily needs. In addition to a supermarket (Coop), a butcher, a bar, a hairdresser and a bakery, there is also a doctor. There are three typical Tuscan restaurants (Il Borgo, Boccaccio and Osteria la Gricia) with delicious food and a pizzeria to go, as well as other smaller shops.

In the immediate area there are many recreational opportunities. Caldana is accessible by well-developed, barely winding roads.
