「We found everything we needed in this apartment for the 2 nights we stayed. It is very close to supermarkets, Como city and with easy access to the highway. All clean and very well equipped.」

「We stayed on this property due to vicinity of the airport in Milan. What a wonderful surprise to find one of the nicest properties we stayed in during our whole month in Italy. Everything was pristine and so comfortable. There were snacks and water which saved us as we arrived quite late and every restaurant was closed. It was immaculately clean. There were even slippers at the front doors, Walter brought by keys in the morning so we could store our luggage in his garage until our flight out...

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「Die Unterkunft war schön und geräumig mit kleinem Garten und toller Aussicht. Allerdings sollte man vorher die Abmaße seines Fahrzeugs checken, ob die Zufahrtsstraße groß genug ist! Ca. 400m vor der Unterkunft ist eine krasse Engstelle. Ich fahre einen BMW X1 und hatte vorsichtshalber die Außenspiegel angeklappt.」

Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be.
