The cottage I stayed in the first night is tastefully decorated,cozy, overlooking beautiful scenery.We were upgraded to the Webb house second night, we did not want to leave! Georgeous interior, hugh wood burning fireplace, floor to ceiling windows in living room.

What’s not to like?

Great experience from check in to check out. Food and accommodations were both outstanding. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Saw wildflowers and wildlife on the private nature trail. Great alternative to the carnival atmosphere of many nearby properties. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Beautiful place with views and fabulous breakfasts

We loved the Buckhorn Inn and plan to go back many times. It's truly a special place, and has a very romantic feel. Stay in one of the cabins, if they are available..

A wonderful hideaway in the mountains

This was our first stay at the buckhorn inn and we absolutely loved it!!! So charming, friendly staff and the food is incredible. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. Would highly recommend for a little weekend getaway! Quiet and quaint.

Charming B&B Adjacent to Smoky Mountain NP

We stayed at Buckhorn for 3 nights in July and used it as a base for exploring and hiking in the park. We were extremely pleased with the Inn. Our room had a great view of the grounds (26 acres) and the mountains in the distance; see photo. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated as was the entire Inn. Guests were served breakfast in a large, comfortable dining room with great views of the outdoors and the breakfast was excellent - good, strong coffee, fresh fruit, choice of entrees ranging from meat and eggs to yogurt with fruit. Service could not have been better. Breakfast was included in room rate but evening meals required a reservation and were an additional, but reasonable charge. Coffee was always available; soft drinks, coffee and treats were available in the afternoon in a common room and wine was served in the early evening. The common rooms were well furnished and comfortable. A nice collection of books and other information on the national park and surrounding attractions were available for guest use.

Awesome place to stay.

What a fabulous stay we had. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the exquisite breakfast and dinner to the breathtaking view of the Smokie Mountains, this was wonderful.

Perfect place to refresh your spirit

I booked this B&B as a surprise to my husband. I wanted to do something special for our 31st wedding anniversary. My husband came close to dying last year and it reminded me how precious our time together really is. We were able to spend quality time together in a perfect little piece of heaven. Everything at the Buckhorn Inn was exceptional. I have booked a return visit for October.

Quiet Away from Downtown Gatlinburg

Our stay was enjoyable. Not exactly what we expected but people working there were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and breakfast was great even though we missed one day as we overslept. Only complaint I would have is the water pressure is not that great as building is old, as expected. Very quiet surroundings . Wish we got to see more of grounds that are advertised but it rained the whole time we were there and we did not get to see anything around the property except the actual inn.

Wonderful Experience

I can't say enough good things about our stay at The Buckhorn Inn. Every member of staff was warm and welcoming, the service was exceptional. This is so much more that just a place to stay, like stepping back in time, a retreat from the bustle of Gatlinburg, a place to relax after a hike in the park. Breakfast provided a varied menu, something for everyone and all well presented. I do recommend having dinner there, the foods was excellent and reasonably priced, reservations are required. I can't imagine staying anywhere else should I be in that area again.

total serenity

very quiet and peaceful. set in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of gatlinburg. we liked the arts and crafts area the inn is located.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

My wife and I were long overdue for a short vacation when we found the Buckhorn Inn. What a treasure. It is without a doubt one of the most pleasant places we have ever stayed. The room was perfect and the food was beyond description. WOW!!! The entire staff could not do enough for us and was always anxious to accomodate any need we may have had. We started planning our next stay there before we left.
