The room was clean and beds comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The balcony overlooks the river and mountains. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be staying here next time we visit Gatlinburg. The city trolley is very convenient also. Trolley stop is near the inn.

This was our 2nd , we love the view of the rivers, setting on balcony listening to rush water , so relaxing. The only suggestion I would have is if they could install another drink machine and maybe a snack machine, so you don’t have to run across street for a late snack.

Our stay was wonderful. We saw a bear on two different days. The water from the balcony was very peaceful. We could walk to the attractions. Breakfast included was good. We would definitely stay here again
