Downstairs, the basement game room promises hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Lounge between two cozy couches and armchairs, challenge your crew to a round of darts or cards, or test your skills on the multicade arcade game—all while keeping your favorite show running on the Smart TV. When it’s time to head outdoors, choose your perfect perch. This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a twin size day bed in the basement.

Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds, 2 twin size trundles, a sitting area, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 1 full size bed and a twin size bed.

Bedroom #5 includes 1 king size bed, 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and outside access.

This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4+ vehicles.
• An AWD or 4X4 vehicle may be required during winter months.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal and available for use October through March.
• This home is pet friendly, pets must be 20 lbs or less. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located above the main entry door and actively monitoring the entrance, (2) located at the bottom floor entry door and actively monitoring the entrance and parking area.
