The cabin and stay were perfect. Spacious rooms, awesome common areas for the family. The resort pools were also very nice once we located them! The men enjoyed the golf course! You climb up a mountain to get to the house, but the views and experience is 100% worth it!!

Spacious rooms and lots of beds!

Plenty of space for us to chill and relax, and close enough to Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge to do things without worrying about traffic.

Amazing Mountain Views

In terms of location, this house is a quiet and peaceful spot, but still within manageable distance to all the great attractions and activities. We enjoyed being outside of the hectic downtown strip. The views are amazing and we even had a couple of bear visitors! There were some initial issues/concerns upon check-in, and Vicky was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. There are things that could be updated or better maintained to make the house itself amazing. Despite those things, we made it work and all had a wonderful trip.

We named him Boba! Don't worry the door was closed 😆

Rocky Top 7v7 Tournament

We choose this location because of how close it was to our kids 7v7 football tournament. Glad we did! The views here are amazing which made it hard for me to want to leave. If you love nature this place is for you. Everything one could need is here. Definitely would like to come back. Did I mention this place is also on a golf course! Wish I would have brought my clubs!

Perfect cabin getaway for larger group!

This cabin was perfect for a long weekend for nine friends and myself! The living room was comfortable to hang out in and the kitchen was well enough stocked with supplies to make multiple meals. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got hot enough for us to use it, so that was the one downside. We would stay here again!

Great family trip

There were 16 of us from 1yr to 76yrs. It was plenty of space to spread out and yet still plenty to eat together and play games.

Horrible

When we arrived, we noticed the sliding door was broke. There was dog hair in the upstairs bedroom. We had to wash the sheets. The floors were completely filthy. There was dust everywhere. The hot tub did not work. There was mold in the downstairs bathroom. We tried to contact the property manager but we could not get no one to answer. I emailed the owners and they told me to contact him. What good did that do! We There were leaves under the bed in the basement. The remote in the livingroom had no batteries and the back was missing. We had to use our phones to control the tv. We will not stay here again. Also seen on google reviews where this place would change peoples credit cards after they left for the damages that were already there.

Great property just far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg

The property was great and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful area, we were greeted by a mother black bear and her 3 cubs the first morning outside the front door. Only issue is that the property is located 40 min away from anything really. No places close to eat or get groceries .

Family Vacation

The house is nice and cozy with plenty of room for the 11 of us. The owners were quick to respond to all our needs. The house does need a few updates, like screens on the windows so they can be opened without fear of bugs flying in, and a new fan in the upstairs bedroom for better circulation. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

House was great. Road leading to house was a bit scary first time since it was dark. Security Guard was awesome let us follow him up to the house.

Family vacation

Normally are family vacations have been at the beach So this year we decided on a mountain vacation. It was awesome. There was something for everyone do. The rental was so spacious, well equipped and the view was amazing. We all felt like we were in a tree house when sitting on the back deck. No to mention the bear that visited the property a couple of times while we were there

Famuly Stay

The mountain house provided plenty of room for the family! The kids enjoyed the games in the game room. The beds were super comfy. We did ask for the gas for the fire pit to be changed out and they never came. They did come the day before to change out light bulbs! Over experience was great! Would stay again.

Perfect for a getaway

We just loved our stay at this property. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils and pans we needed. It was a very clean, well kept property. The setting was very quiet and peaceful. The view was phenomenal. We were about a 20 minute ride from a full service grocery store and 25 minutes from the main drag in Gatlinburg. It is a twisted road up to the rental, so definitely arrive before it gets dark! We can't wait to book our next stay here!
