Location is great. Walkable to great restaurants, Anakeesta, the Aquarium or anywhere else that you might want to go. The condo was clean (no complaints)but it’s getting about time for a deep cleaning. It was perfect for two people but would be crowded with more. Overall it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean condo on the quieter side of downtown Gatlinburg (which I very much appreciated!) just minutes from the park. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Loved having pool access because it sure was hot during our visit. We even spotted a bear in the nearby creek from the balcony. Definitely recommend booking here!

This is a beautiful condo! It had everything I needed….home away from home. I stayed here for 3 nights during a square dance convention. Great Wi-Fi, easy check in & check out & within walking distance of nearby shops, restaurants & shuttle. AC worked awesome! Upgrades have been made to the unit. Love the new shower! The owner was quick to respond, when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Quick Birthday Getaway

This place was everything we needed. Spacious enough for the two of us, clean, decorated well, and conveniently close enough to the strip to walk to everything. Highly recommend booking here if you want a great location with a low price.

Great location to downtown

We spent 5 nights and 6 days in this condo and we enjoyed it a great deal. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and distilleries. Everything was clean and well kept.

Gatlinburg first time

Location was nice. On River St. quite location off the parkway which is very busy. If you wanted to walk that could be done. Parking lot alert when seeing attractions flat rate 20.00, only a couple of city lots they are 10.00 flat rate. Would stay here again if we came back to the Smoky Mountains

Weekend getaway

This condo was a perfect stay for me. It is pretty small but ok for 1-2 people. Probably wouldn't recommend for more than 2. The king size bed was very comfortable and nice after a day of hiking or walking in Gatlinburg. The place is very nicely decorated and everything you need is there at your fingertips. I did not use the pools but they both looked nice. Check in was very easy...with a code and instructions all being sent via email. If walking Gatlinburg is your thing then this condo is perfect. You can walk to everything and not have to fight the traffic and pay for parking. I would definitely stay here again.
