I don’t even know where to begin with how much we loved this hotel room. 6 girls in the luxury suite for the night. Spa weekend. We had never heard of the British before, but man were we pleasantly surprised. The suite itself was super clean and massive. The decor was top notch. Check-in was easy peasy with the cute little lock boxes and the food at the pub was absolutely superb. We had a really good laugh about the open concept bathroom with no doors! lol (the toilet is private, FYI) so thankfully we’re all comfortable with showering in the open air! So if you are a shy group, it may not be ideal, but for us it added a really nice level of humour! We literally want to move in to this suite. We will for sure be staying here for every one of our spa weekends away!! Thanks Gen for a great experience!!

Clean room. Good locatuon

I like Sandman. However they require just some minor updating. Also elevator's are so busy and wait time is long

The staff at the hotel (particularly Fumi!) and restaurant were fantastic! Rooms were clean and spacious.

2nd time at hotel, still great place and fabulous breakfast!
