I enjoyed my stay, the information from the host prior to arrival was accurate, the place was clean and spacious.

Room was clean but soooo outdated. This property needs a major overhaul including the lobby

We checked out before breakfast was being served so I can not rate it. I asked for a wake up call that did not happen, lucky my phone woke me up. Room smelled like it had been smoked in.

Low budget Shower water flow rate was good.

I was surprised to be asked how long I had stayed when I asked for 2 towels to be replaced on day 4 of a 7 day stay. It would have been more graceful if the Front Desk agent had asked for our room number and made a note. We did not get any servicing for our room except a trash pull. Seeping the bathroom and vacuuming would.have been nicer. We were lucky that my phographer husband chatted with one of the Rooms team. We got directions to the park up Mount Baldy where he had wonderful views of the Cook Inlet.
