The property is amazing! Right as we walked in we were warmly greeted and provided with an early check in. The receptionist took us to our room to make sure we liked it and the room was clean, modern, specious with amazing view. I think we actually got upgraded to a better room without even asking. The property has 3 pools, free cabanas and beach beds to use. They provide free buffet breakfast. It’s about 20min walk to the town. The hotel offers free shuttle which is very convenient. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our French Rivera trip and this one was the best so far. Would highly recommend to anyone who actually wants resort amenities and excellent experience.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

This is a very beautiful facility with a great location. Unfortunately, I think we got their worst room; no view. The staff was excellent and their shuttle service into the old town was very convenient!

We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better.

We loved the Kube

Pretty new hotel with an excellent location close to both city center (free shuttles on request which is great) and Ramatuelle. We came by car this time and this was an excellent choice from that perspective as well. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well and service was impeccable. The villas are nice. I can warmly recommend the Kube

This property has the potential for a 5 star rating. Beautiful pools and landscaping with lovely, helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is considerable deferred maintenance throughout the property which detracts from the overall experience.

Très agréable séjour

Hôtel très propre, belles piscines, belle vue, bon confort, un bonus pour les cocktails de Killian. Bemol, si vous quittez la chambre plus tard, c’est 100€ par heure supplémentaire et personne ne nous a informés de l’arrêt du service navette à 23h. Sinon, tout est impeccable.

It’s was my fourth time in St Tropez, and fourth time at Kube, next year I will undoubtedly choose this amazing hotel again, they have the most spectacular pool, the best concierge ever, the service is really amazing, the food, the location, everything is just perfect in this place. Seaview room with a main road & co stand traffic

Absolutely terrible anc no manager to deal with issues.Dirty room and a seaview room equals a main road infront where you hear constant traffic.More a budget 2 star definitely not 5 star.Wouldn’t recommend.

I don't know how this place got its' rating but at best it's a 3 star motel-type accommodations. Very basic room with ugly tile floors and super basic furniture. Not nice views.

The Hotel staff were amazing. Efficient, friendly and smart. The location of the hotel is excellent. Courtesy car was very useful into St Tropez. Our junior Suite was very attractive but the high tech just didn’t work. The Hamman was confusing as was the blue tooth. The aircon wasn’t easy to operate. The towel rail never heated up. The location of the suite over the Bar meant it was noisy until well past 0200. The mirror lighting in the bathroom was a mystery. Sadly the main mystery was the lack of a Balcony.

Et pourtant cela avait bien commencé .

Arrivée prometteuse ,chambre prête à 13 heures ,surclassement ,accueil très aimable par Julie . Le jeudi 24 attablé seul pour petit déjeuner ,ma compagne s’étant absentée ,quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d’etre somme de quitter illico presto la table que j’occupais au motif qu’il fallait y asseoir d’autres clients ,assiettes non terminées ,tasse de café à moitié pleine et ce alors que d’autres tables non débarrassées étaient disponibles.Il fallait que je degage . C’est la première fois que l’on m’intime l’ordre de quitter une table ,cela n’est jamais arrivé nulle part ,jamais .Et pourquoi moi ? Et pourquoi? Si place il manque pour que les clients se restaurent ,dressez d’autres tables ou faites patienter . Alors dans un hotel cinq étoiles ,pas le temps de petit déjeuner ,de flâner de prendre son temps ,de contempler ,non libérez l’espace vous dis je … Sur l’insistance de ce monsieur ,je finis par m’exécuter, dégoûté , ,allant faire part de mes déboires à la réception et à une dame prénommée Sophie qui m’écoutât ,condamnât l’évènement puis rien . Alors que voulions prolonger de deux nuits ,nous quittâmes l’établissement à 4 h du matin le vendredi 25. C’est la première fois que je dus subir une telle humiliation dans un endroit de villégiature aussi loin que remontent mes souvenirs et particulièrement dans un établissement qui prétend à la perfection sous réserve bien sûr que celle ci soit accessible.
