"This is one of the very best places you can stay in Matane! It is central to absolutely everything in Matane and the staff with make sure that you know all of your options. The room I had was simply amazing, clean, cozy and well appointed. I highly recommend for couples, or for anyone who wants to have a different experience than a hotel. "This inn is a gem located in a beautiful area. Our room was very comfortable with great thought put in to every convenience. The breakfasts were delicious and well presented. Our host is what made our stay over the top. He made us feel very welcome."

"Although it says auberge and cabins in the name it is a bit of a misnomer as it is really more like a campsite and hostel. We were surprised that our chalet did not have a bathroom. We knew after booking that there was no potable water and had to bring our own or purchase on site. Although we were told this we did not know that bathrooms and showers were communal. Beautiful surroundings but just be sure that you are looking for more of a ‘camping’ experience and not one of a hotel or auberge "
