"Just to let you know that the Spa is just a massage place, it is not some sort of jacuzzi and/or sauna, but this doesn't affect my review. Everything was great, except there was one time a male receptionist didn't come to speak with us in a timely manner when we arrived at the balcony, but the other receptionists were good. "

"Although it says auberge and cabins in the name it is a bit of a misnomer as it is really more like a campsite and hostel. We were surprised that our chalet did not have a bathroom. We knew after booking that there was no potable water and had to bring our own or purchase on site. Although we were told this we did not know that bathrooms and showers were communal. Beautiful surroundings but just be sure that you are looking for more of a ‘camping’ experience and not one of a hotel or auberge "
