「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so...

「We stayed in three different locations during our weeklong stay. Cabarete, Las Terrenas and Sosua. This place was closest to the action and the views are amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the kite surfers. Unit could use some updating but it was still very comfortable! 」

「Very nice place, accurately described. I underestimated the distance from the center of Cabarete but it’s ok. Security guards and local community are nice people. Worth staying if you want peace and relaxation. 」

「This was a home away from home. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The host is very responsive. Very easy check-in and check out. There is AC in the bedrooms and the common area, including living room, dining area and the kitchen. It was very accommodating. We will be back soon.」

「Our stay in Cabarete was excellent!! The ocean dream resort was exactly what we expected and needed. Plenty of sun, beach and wind... The restaurants were our main draw after the ocean, and we enjoyed them all.Thanks for everything Joe」

「The host offered an excellent service. The AC in my rented apartment was not cooling enough. He immediately moved me to a villa and got the AC fixed right away. He kept me in the Villa because he didn't want to inconvenient me. The villa was so beautiful with a private swimming pool. Second time renting with him, I will surely come back again. I wish all other hosts can be like him. 」

「Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10」

「Very nice property with pool, surrounded by farms. Very nice apartment owner with great communication. Property security guards are gossipy and do not keep guest information private. They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. 」

「It was a great location and a beautiful condo..the building manager Alvaro was amazing, so helpful and a great human being, whatever we needed he was there to help. We will be returning. 」

「We loved the property. Usually stayed across the street, but my daughter had cancer so we needed an elevator but unfortunately she passed away before our vacation. Hope to come back in Feb 2026.」
