「We had stayed here a few years ago and had a terrible time. My spouse tried to checkin while I was working - they insisted on charging his card and it took me weeks to get them to drop the duplicate charge (I had pre-paid). Different management now - sent me pre-checkin link. Spouse was able to checkin - no hassle. I thought I left something in the room and they checked for me. Excellent service! 」

「ENID　西側でショッピング、レストランなど色々あり便利。投稿にもあったように新築できれい。内装はシンプル。贅沢ではない。バスタブ、流れ悪く詰まった。電話すると、スッポンの吸引を持ってきてくれた。根本から直さない。アメリカ的か。　角部屋で風が強かったとき、うるさくて眠れなかった。昼間でもある無料のクッキー、コーヒーはうれしい。朝ごはんは自分で作るワッフルはよかった。それ以外は特にいい点はなし。牛乳賞味期限きれてるのがおいてあった。スタッフは人によってフレンドリー。プールは工事中。利用できなかった。」

「Had great breakfast variety, including drink variety, as well as a few to go options. Room was very clean, and size was perfect for solo travel. I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Would stay at this location again.」
