Great hotel easy walk to ski slopes
Overall a great experience. Good variety for breakfast, dinners very nice with good choices for the kids, slept well, nice bathroom and the pool gave post ski entertainment for the kids!

Check-in -> nicht wirklich freundlich. Wireless funktionierte den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht -> Beim Melden kam man nur mit Ausreden. Unser Abendessen im Restaurant: Für unser zweijähriges Kind war der Tisch gedeckt wie bei einer Erwachsenen, kleinere Besteck gab es bei Nachfrage und Kinderteller oder Becher inexistent. Das Essen war nicht spektakulär und ich fragte mich, woher die Bilder kommen auf der Webseite. Unsere Kleine musste gewechselt werden und da bat meine Frau das Essen nochmals in die Küche zu nehmen. Der Service meinte, dann wirt es kalt. Meine Frau fragte nach, ob keine Wärmelampen vorhaden seien. Wiedereillig nahm die Dame das Essen mit. Bis wir mit Essen fertig waren, fragte nie jemand nach ob ok, lächeln war auch nicht vorhanden. Wein nachschenken -> selber. Es gab einen fähigen Kellner, welcher am Schluss noch fragte, wie das Essen war, das Feedback wurde entgegengenommen ohne weiteren Verlauf.. Frühstück war gut, also die Auswahl und Produkte. Kann nicht mehr schlimmer werden? Zweiter Abend bekam meine Frau ein schmieriges Glas, wir wollten nicht kompliziert sein, nahmen es an. Aber der Wein schmeckte/roch ganz seltsam in diesem Glas. Bei mir alles gut. Der Kellner konnte dies bestätigen (am riechen)und entschuldigte sich und kam mit einem neuen Glas mit…. umgeleerten Wein. Dies bemerkete meine Frau erst als sie bei den letzte Schlücken war, dass vermutlich noch Rückstand drin war. Kein Ersatz, kein Kaffee aufs Haus, nix… dies alles für über 400 Euro pro N
