Good value hotel. The staff was friendly and enjoyed the entertainment offered each day. It's definitely an older property so the rooms and lobby are very much out dated. The food is very mid ( very resort - like) but not terrible. Pool areas were nice, great beach access and plenty food options.

El servicio del hotel es espectacular. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuve por el Ironman 70.3 y lo recomiendo 1000%. Se abrió una cena con opciones para los triatletas y en la madrugada tipo 4:30 am colocaron un desayuno especial para el evento. En ubicación fue excelente muy cerca de la salida y meta del evento. La vista al mar fue increíble hasta pudimos ver delfines y ballenas desde el balcón de la habitación. Totalmente recomendado.

The establishment is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. However, the food and staff leave a lot to be desired. I was told before booking at RIU. The food wasn’t the best, that wasn’t understatement. Every meal was overcooked and unflavored. The food warmers were so hot that it dried out the majority of the items. The breakfast buffet was decent, however, it never seemed like they refilled the empty items. Most of the bartenders always seemed bothered, they never engaged, it just was not a welcoming experience. It definitely felt like get your drink and get out. We ended up leaving the resort for the last two nights. We were there to find some better food. The pools are perfect, I appreciate that they offer rinsing stations at both the beach and pool area. It was always easy to get a seat or a lounger the best meals we had. We’re at the pool bar. Glad we went, but probably won’t book here again.

We spent 9 days, loved it. Food was fantastic. Staff was kind, always serving us or cleaning up. Pools were nice, always found a chair. Would definitely come back
