「This property was an unexpected gem! The property was well priced ,finishes ,were immaculate , The property is very clean .The layout of the room even allowed for a separate seating area just outside our bedroom. This property had no TV, but was not missed because of the level of Wi-Fi available. The house is in a country setting, so of course convenience to amenities such as shopping or food should not be considered. 「highlandらしさを感じさせてくれるHotelでした。車でないと滞在が難しい所です。」

「Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable and even had a lovely bath. The farmhouse itself is beautiful and full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, spoke Spanish, and made us feel right at home. We also loved meeting the adorable dogs! A perfect place to relax and explore the nearby coastal towns. Highly recommended.」

「View really lovely, breakfast very fresh. Room nice and had everything you would use. Fresh clean tidy all you need for a stay. Owner did mention he likes a check in earlier rather than an evening one, as he gets up at 4am. So we felt we had to check in first quickly before going out to eat. Lovely House with great views 」

「Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Återkommer gärna.」

「Our experience at the Royal Guest House in Dingwall was disappointing. The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall organisation was poor. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms, only to discover that one of them had not been cleaned. We had to return to reception to get another room key, and unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. We were told to use the shower in another room...

「Wonderful host and a wonderful place to have breakfast with a view. Would highly recommend this place as you travel the north coast 500.」
