I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!

Für eine Nacht ganz in Ordnung. Beim Einchecken zuerst leichte Verwirrung, da das System meine Buchung nicht gefunden hat. Dann nutze ich den keycode, was bestens funktioniert hat. Am Abend habe ich ein kühles Getränk aus dem Automaten in der Lobby geholt. Die Packung Mannerschnitten war leider schon abgelaufen. Sollte vielleicht öfter kontrolliert werden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Nummer von Expedia für den Check-in nicht funktioniert. Eine zuständige Person hat mir jedoch sofort eine neue geschickt, mit der ich sofort das Smart Motel betreten konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke an die Damen die sich um alles gekümmert haben.

Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Mehrere Personen warteten bereits darauf. Bei allen kam es immer wieder am Ende des automtischen Selfservice zu einen Fehler. Die versprochen Zeit am Telfon das jemand kommt, wurde um das 3fache überschritten. ( statt 10 min 30 min) kein Personal im HOTEL. Hotel war sauber.

Smart und gut

Auch wenn es ungewöhnlich ist, über Computer einzuchecken, so hat alles gut funktioniert. Nachdem ich den Buchungscode nicht gefunden hatte, wurde mir sofort telefonisch weitergeholfen. Zimmer sauber, TV sehr gute HD Qualität.

Voll zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sehr sauber, modern und in sehr gutem Zustand. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich die telefonisch erreichbare Servicestelle, die sofort alle Probleme beim Check-In-Terminal Lösen konnte.
