Great location to San Juan Old town. Hotel staff very helpful and room a nice size and clean. Had 2 night here before a cruise and would certainly recommend it.

The staff and the room stood out to me the most. Most of the staff that i came in contact with were AMAZING!!! I was on a solo trip for my birthday celebration and they made sure i was completely taken care of! I really appreciate them showing interest in me and my life. It was very special! I also really liked my upgrade room! It looked so luxurious and perfect to fit this birthday queen (like myself).

Clean room, good towels, great water pressure. Good location.

This suite was really nice and peaceful! The staff was extremely nice we had this very sweet lady (can’t remember her name sorry) for all except one day for our stay and she was literally the sweetest and always accommodating! Room was clean and the overall place was peaceful. My cons would be parking they have street parking and on the weekends it feels up quick. Also the water in the shower only gets warm never really hot. Other than that I would definitely still stay there again!
