「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「Our stay was excellent. Clean, convenient, and the back yard is amazing with corn hole, a grill, and gas fire pit with string lights overtop. Not to mention a restaurant and bar within a 60 second walk of the front door. Safe and clean neighborhood. Perfect spot.」

「Good price for the location! Some features are outdated. The unit is upstairs which I was not aware of beforehand, and my husband is disabled so that was difficult for him. But overall is was good and we’re happy with our stay. 」
