The name of this hotel has changed. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate all three of us. The fan in the room was a nice bonus. Dinner in the hotel was a buffet and very good.
Perfect location for families - access to ski slopes, right downtown Partenkirchen with lots of restaurants, easy parking. We also enjoyed the pool and the super nice breakfast! Our rooms were connecting which is great for families with kids. Special thanks for allowing us to bring the family dog and the special welcome he received.

Stayed here several times and always excellent. Rooms have recently been refurbished. Breakfast offers a great selection. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Great location for Garmisch Classic ski area and also for Ehrwald / Lermoos.
We loved our stay at Mercure! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Helped us with suggestions for the Zugspitze and our rooms were very clean!
Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast! Kind staff. Happy with our stay.

The room was cosy, nice the bed was comfortable. we ordred the larger room with free minibar but it was proved to be a waist of money since the minibar had like 4 full of sugar drinks and no other option. but still we enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel is perfect
A skiing holiday in Garmisch. I’ve stayed here several times before and it’s always been excellent. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, great breakfast and spa.
The room is very comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff is very helpful. The Garmisch area is magnificent place to visit. This hotel is actually much nicer than the cover photo of the pool.

This is exclusively winter hotel. Once temperatures hit 25C / 75F, you can't stay there. There is no air-conditioning and rooms get very hot. Front desk gives out limited number of small electric fans, which dont really help. We stayed there in mid June and the temperature inside the room was 29.5C (85-87F). You really can't sleep.
Hotel interior is well maintained, rooms are small but functional and recently renovated.
Breakfast buffet was excellent, restaurant is lovely, everyone was very helpful.
The front and back landscaping has been neglected for years and it badly needs an investment of time and money. If you are planning on staying there during moderate or cold weather, it will be great! Just avoid it during the summer months.

Nice hotel. Good food. But the room was not cleaned well. Extremely dirty floor and hairs on the sink.
Room was clean and warm but a bit on the small side. Good shower. Hotel is a bit dated but in keeping with the character of the village. 20 mins walk into Garmisch. Supermarket and bistro on the doorstep of the hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Swimming pool and gym on site. Near the Olympic ski jump and 30-40 minute walk to Partnachklamm Gorge which is absolutely worth a visit.
It was awesome. Staff was super friendly and had a lot of info about the area. Breakfast was great and cozy seating. Very quiet. Small supermarket right next door.
The heating system is very warm. The staff is nice and the room is big. There are lots of restaurants nearby but due to Christmas holidays, only a few restaurants open.
The breakfast is nice as well.
The property is located near the old shopping district which we discovered on our last evening at the hotel. If you’re planning on dining at the hotel restaurant, schedule your table in the morning as the restaurant takes reservations and you will likely be turned away if you just show up for dinner without one. The restaurant food was excellent and served within 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms are a bit small, but provided everything we expected. There’s plenty of parking at the hotel and the hotel provided a free bus pass for our stay.

Rather high price. Receptionist apparently not able to indicate location of the hotel on the town map, complete wrong directions. Shampoo and Shower gel empty. Bar is unattended, guests waiting forever and have to walk into the kitchen to call someone. Hotel has an excellent location, breakfast is good. Beds not very comfortable

The room was clean and more modern than I thought it was going to be considering the lobby area. Staff were okay.

Parking was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was convenient. Our room (137) was one floor above and adjacent to the loading dock. we were woken by the food service deilvery truck around 7:00 am. If you can, bring your own pillow. The ones on the bed are really bad. Also, it rained that evening and with windows closed, we listened to water drip onto plastic crates right below our window alll night long. We had to sleep with air pods on with white noise playing to drown out the sound. If we were staying another night we would have requested a room change.
