The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the many options available at breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend this property for its location to hiking trails, as well as local restaurants and shops.

Great hotel and amenities

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, we love the breakfast and afternoon cake and coffee, the spa facilities are great and relaxing, rooms are modern and clean, my only fault is that if you’re there for 7 nights they should give you a room down the quiet end of the hotel,

We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

Ski/Spa in Germany hidden gem

Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling. Bring your rubber pool slides as quite expensive to buy from hotel shop on a Sunday if you forget them !I would like to come back to stay on a ski holiday. Very friendly people in town and had a great time going up the Zugspitze .

Staff is friendly and can also speak english. Property and rooms are always very clean. Food options are ok but drink options are great. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Always a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. A small point to note is that there is no air conditioning for the room during winter season, hence you’ll have to leave the windows open as it gets a little stuffy overtime.
