"My main issue was with the company which was not Interhome as I expected and the host. I received contradictory information via the app, WhatsApp and email. Often this information was in German when everything I wrote was in English. I had to ask for it in English numerous times. Don’t advertise that information can be provided in English when it is obvious by the lack of English information in the apartment. I would expect all information including translation on how to use the washing machine...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."

"I booked the room for the view of the Alps, and I wasn't disappointed. It's simply breathtaking! However, there was no service at the front desk, and the balcony and its furnishings are completely outdated. We stayed for 5 nights, and I was given only 2 small packets of instant coffee for the entire stay. The breakfast, however, is excellent."
