「Such a cute, quirky little place in a quiet little neighborhood (Netarts is great! Much more relaxed feel, instead of some of the busier, touristy areas of the Oregon Coast) with an AMAZING view. Loved sitting in the little sunroom area watching and listening to the ocean. The stairs right down to the beach were great, it was nice to have such close beach access. This had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days, we had absolutely no problems or issues, everything was clean, if a bit...

「We came into town to fish for several days. We went on an ocean charter, fished cape meares lake for bass and trout, and fished the Wilson river for Salmon. All within a short distance from this property. There were a couple rainy days and a couple beautiful days. For both we needed a quiet, warm, comfortable place to sleep. This property fit the bill. We will reserve again in the future.」

「We were looking for a place to stay that was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Kickin It Up fit the bill nicely. The small but complete kitchen was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and had a nice market within a 3 minute walk for most all you needs.」

「This property was so cute. We were surrounded by trees and we were not far from the coast. My kids loved it! I was able to quickly communicate with the property manager about a small issue and she was very sweet, understanding, and accommodating. 」

「Really happy about our experience here. I was a little nervous because the price was so reasonable that I didn't want to hope for too much, but the place was very clean with so much attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the wifi fast, and the communication easy and effective. I don't have anything to complain about. It was a nice respite after a long day of travel! And close to some beautiful beaches! If we ever get to come back to this part of the country we would definitely stay...
