「This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. 」

「Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. 「After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!」

「A wonderful place with all amenities and extra little touches. The whole family enjoyed the break at Casa Kennedy and especially the pool. It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. 「We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator....

「We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed...

「La maison offre un magnifique panorama sur Camaiore et la mer. Mauro, l’hôte de la maison est aux petits soins, très désireux de faire plaisir et très réactif. De très belles randonnées sont accessibles à partir de la maison ainsi que Candala que l’on a fait en nous y rendant à pieds. La maison est cependant difficile d’accès en voiture et invite à ne pas faire le trajet de nuit. Nous nous sommes néanmoins rendus là-bas en minibus 😀」

Nous avons été séduit par la grande piscine à notre usage exclusif. Piera, notre hôtesse et son mari Giuseppe, ont été charmants et patients. Leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance n'ont d'égal que leur discrétion. 「A wonderful villa experience in the hills overlooking Viareggio. Host Angelo was very service oriented and had good contacts with whom we arranged activities and transportation. He provided staff to prepare meals as we specified including three dinners and all breakfasts - in every instance, we received excellent food at reasonable prices from expert staff. We will easily recommend this accommodation to others.」

「We arrived Nov 10th and the check in was wonderfully communicated, we used the Whatsapp messenger and the property owners were super thorough on everything! (Thank you Lisa and Luca)....Once we walked in the door it was literally like the two dimensional pics from the listing burst into three dimensions...Everything was exactly as it was advertised. The home was immaculately clean, the views....oh the views were something of dreams, and everything you needed was there, coffee maker, pots/pans,...

「Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat wertvolle Infos gegeben. Die Familie nebenan war relativ laut, um 7h morgens läutete der Glockenturm, sollte man eigentlich schon vorher wissen... Es gab zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber der war außerhalb des Appartements, das sollte man dazu schreiben. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen」
