"The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!"

"Safe, comfortable, clean apartment, exactly as advertised!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather. LOL Plus the home was just 3 mins from our family we were there to visit - we will absolutely be back!"

"This two bedroom suite was perfect! Clean, filled with art, plants, rugs which made it a pleasant place to stay. David has equipped his VRBO with so many of the items you need to make yourself a meal - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. In addition, plenty of towels, blankets, kleenex and various sundries - shampoo, moisture, etc. It is in a nice neighborhood and with a 15 minute walk or so, down a hill...

"This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. "

"Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room."

"My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!"

"Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. "Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...
