「Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. 」

「My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? 」

「The apartment was very spacious (more than I had expected) and very clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle since we had to park in the building across the street but other than that, it was a great stay. 」

「Visiting MDR to help my son move, so did not get to enjoy all amenities, the elevated views of harbor and beach sufficed. Walking distance to necessities; coffee, food, spirits and good vibes, including Saturday farmers market across the street. My car was too tall for parking garage, but there is big, well lit, and safe public parking lot across street - only 6 per 24hr.Impeccable directions for self check in, and quick communication w host.
